Here at Valley Dental Practice, we take complaints very seriously and if you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance, please contact our practice manager Laura Clarke by calling 0208 504 5787 or in writing by addressing your letter to Dr Hardik Patel/Dr Satin Patel and sending your complaint to Valley Dental Practice, 83 Loughton Way, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 6AS. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days. If, however, you are not happy with the response please refer to our complaints policy below:
